Morocco - Institutional twinning project  MA09/ENP-AP/TP15 ”Support to Strengthening Road Safety in Morocco” (Sweroad being Junior Partner)
To provide the Ministry of Equipment and Transport (MET) - and specially its central Road and Traffic Directorate (DRCR) and Regional and Provincial Subdivisions (DRE and DPE) with regulatory, administrative and technical instruments with contents being closer to the EU ones.

The Republic of Yemen
– Preparation of Term Maintenance Contracts for Main and Rural Roads.
The project objectives are to prepare and agree on a framework and strategy for introduction of term maintenance contracts for Yemen; prepare tender documents including a complete term maintenance contract for the above mentioned roads; prepare specifications for routine and emergency maintenance operations to supplement  the technical specifications available in Yemen and be included in the term maintenance contract; and design appropriate arrangements for ordering and supervising maintenance works, including the formulation of the TORs for the supervision consultants and a brief operations manual defining the role of the RMF as employer during contract implementation.

Azerbaijan - Preparation of Azerbaijan Road Safety Program
Preparation of a Road Safety Strategy and five-year Action Plan, Design and first stage implementation of a road crash data-base,
Capacity building, professional development and equipment for the traffic police.
Preparation of road safety audit guidelines and guidelines for blackspot identification and treatment.
 
Cyprus - Traffic Safety Improvement Program, EUROPEAID/119860/C/SV/multi
The project comprise of implementation of an appropriate system for obtaining driving licences and for the licensing administration by assisting the local authorities in reforming, implementing and managing a reformed system for acquiring driving licences, in line with relevant EU standards.
Georgia - Technical Assistance for Local Governments
The assignment is to contribute to building local governments’ capacity to manage and maintain local road networks. This will be achieved by preparing concise, easy to use manuals on (i) local road management; and, (ii) local road routine and winter maintenance. The consultant shall also conduct two workshops, one in east and one in west Georgia, to introduce the manuals and train staff.

Georgia -
Design, Supply, and Installation of a Road Crash Data Base
The assignment is to supply and install an adequate, country-wide system of crash and injury data collection, storage, retrieval and analysis, which permits:
comprehensive analysis of the road safety situation in Georgia; information dissemination to all potential users; and appropriate remedial measures to be devised.
Iran - Training and Technical Assistance for Road Safety Improvement
Develop a Road Safety Strategy for Iran, including road accident data base and analysis system, traffic law enforcement, awareness campaigns, education of school children, driver training and licensing, vehicle inspections, dangerous goods regulations, urban and rural infrastructure, rescue services, monitoring and evaluation systems, road safety funding. Development of road safety action plans and strategic management support.
Sierra Leone - Review of Road Safety Management Capacity Review and Advisory Services
Review safety management capacity in Sierra Leone in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Global Road Safety Facility guidelines; and reach consensus with the government and senior officials on a multi-sector strategy for improving road safety management capacity in the country, and short-term measures to overcome revealed capacity weaknesses for inclusion in a forthcoming investment project, in accordance with the World Bank guidelines.
