In 2003 SweRoad was commissioned by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) to run a training programme on “Road Sector Management” (RSM). The training is sponsored by Sida.

In 2004 countries in South and East Asia were invited to nominate candidates and in 2005 countries in the Sub-Saharan region were invited. In 2006 we invited countries in the Balkan Region, Caucasus, Central Asia, Moldova and Russia to nominate candidates.

And in 2007 we focused on the MENA region - countries in the Middle East and Northern Africa.

2008 year's programme was global and so is 2009 year's programme. We are in this year's brochure specifying the countries which are invited to nominate candidates.
