The assignment is to contribute to
building local governments’ capacity to manage and maintain local road
networks. This will be achieved by preparing concise, easy to use
manuals on (i) local road management; and, (ii) local road routine and
winter maintenance. The consultant shall also conduct two workshops, one
in east and one in west Georgia, to introduce the manuals and train
staff. |
